REMEMBER THE SIEGE OF LEBANON
...OR THE ALAMO, IF IT IS ANY DIFFERENT
The problem with these little truces is that the original bully has time to regroup and retell the story and try to figure out how the victim didn't lose yet.
Right now what matters is that Lebanese civilians are not being attacked by one of the world's best equipped armies. It is good that Israelis are not worried by random rockets.
The whole matter could be made better if Israel would release the thousands of Lebanese and Palestinians it has kidnapped and held for years, and stop quibbling over two army guys.
Any adult can see that the two were only an excuse for the invasion. It has failed, so stop it.
Lebanon and Palestine have the right to self defense, too.

It looks like the major comment factory of this blog is me. That is because I can't seem to sign in at the front door.
Makes it look like the action is hot.
Major ideas are in the atmosphere, while institutions run things and seldom have any.
My login failed once before and I can't remember how to fix it. Ideas?
