It is a new time where the Iraqi boondoggle will allow a new player in the south- Sud.
It seems Venezuela and Argentina and Bolivia and Ecuador and some more will begin some self sufficient economics and regional policies.
Since the 1820's the democratic tendencies have been trying to effervesce, and only the local oligarchy powered by military and Monroe Doctrine devilment has stymied them.
