JUSTICE DeLAYED IS BETTER THAN NONE

The DA in Austin will not have an easy life after this. I can hear Mr Rove screaming-or is he screaming for himself?

What will Ol' Tom do, now that somebody has called his hand? Probably try to procedurally squirm out of his own mess. He will maybe try to pass a law to exempt himself from accountability. Oh, he has tried that before.

He has made bipartisan enemies by his hammer-style coercion as Whip and Majority Leader. If he can't badger his supporters, some of them will just say no to his cries for help. I would hate to be next to him on pay-back day. Bullies can't really depend on friends.

We hope the DA can do what's right: catch the Honorable Most McNasty at his true profession. Making and breaking marginal law intended to trap his enemies, he is overdue for an epitaph.

It couldn't happen to a more deserving rascal.
