IT'S HARD BEING MEAN

IT'S HARD BEING MEAN

It is hard, Mr Despot, with extra hardships like that scrap of paper, The Constitution, in your way. Yet, some conditions help the ruthless, like the recess appointments, the secret executive orders, and having friends not yet indicted.

Despotism was having a bumper year all year. This year might be slightly less productive for the dictators, since some of the more responsible public servants have done their jobs and either turned state or have investigated and are not corrupt. The voters will not be as but-ugly-stupid as last time, either, and assuming the electronic ballotry is replaced or properly reviewed and uncorrupted, we might rightly get a vote count within the electoral ballpark of fair.

Do not expect anything fair out of this administration or its well-placed department and court appointees. Mine safety or air standards or the bill of rights is all TP to them, and it is for one purpose: as we might imagine, that is to cover the favored, keep them clean, wipe up the mess they make doing it. Company policy.

Happy New Year, if Baby 06 can cross the Southern Fence.
