HELSINKI SYNDROME

FREE SPEECH TV HAS ALTERNATE VIEWS FOR GORING NEWS

INN--International News Network is on Dish Network Channel 9415.
888-FSTV-TLK 888-378-8855 VIEWER COMMENTS ON FSTV

FSRN-- Free Speech Radio News is on Pacifica Radio in Houston (90.1FM), and in NY, LA, SF, and Washington, DC.

The world is beginning to see the truth, through the fog.

John Bolton is an emmissarryy for Israel at the UN.

US Democrats are late on the uptake, and need to pay attention to the proto-natzi tangent which is neocon and anti-constitutional American.

I am appalled at the murder tolerated by Condililly Rice, g w b, and others who now have no moral or ethical credibility in the planet.

The US behaves as 1949 Britain, and the Israeli government behaves as 1939 Berlin.

The tragedy will eventually backfire on us and on Israel. Israel has a right to live in peace, as does Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Tibet. Unrelated? Not unrelated in the global human crisis we are allowing to escalate.

The only condition on CEASE FIRE is to STOP FIRING!

KILLING CIVILIANS BY ARMED FORCES IS A WAR CRIME AT ANY TIME.

I AM SICK AND ASHAMED OF OUR PARTICIPATION AND NOT CALLING FOR CEASE FIRE.

QANA. SAY NEVERMORE.

LEBANON AFTER EIGHTEEN DAYS OF KRIEG

OVER 100 DEAD, 45% CHILDREN

Same village as ten years ago, same army attacked. We paid for the guns and bombs, twice.

Any questions?

NONPROGRESS IN PROGRESSIVE THOUGHT

CAN'T SEE THE FOREST FOR THE CEDARS

There are none left in Lebanon.

HOWARD DEAN COULD AT LEAST HAVE AN INDEPENDENT OPINION, BUT HE VOTES HIS CONTRIBUTOR'S CONSCIENCE INSTEAD OF HIS OWN OF THIS INVASION.

Israel is invading more than one country and it is not "defending" itself. It is not doing anything but making matters worse. It is not helping itself or the world. There are ulterior motives afoot, and they are not all in the area of self preservation. Their kill rate is ten to one, and magnitudes out of porportion to the alleged kidnapping crime.

We have seen the assinations of many other countries' officials by Israeli agents. No one else would be forgiven these international murders except with our protection. These state assinations are intended to disrupt and weaken neighbors so that those governments can be converted to robot despotisms.

What makes me curious is the other Arab states who have apparently abandoned Israel's suffering neighbors. It must be the oligarchist nature in all dictatorships which allows them to ignore lack of human rights or justice in other despotic systems.

Or is it that the "Western Democracies" that buy their quietude?

Howard Dean could at least encourage some cease fire: he ain't a rEpublican. Conililly Rice is betting that the longer a stronger Israel kills Lebanese, the less likely Hezbollah will have strength and munitions to succeed. I think world opinion is on a pivot, and the next logical turn is to begin questioning motives in Tel Aviv and Washington. Howard Dean should be ready with helpful questions and solutions when war crimes come under discussion. He, after all, is not a rEpublican, or is he?

Think whirled peace.

Hunting mice with F-16's

WE ARE THE ELEPHANT IN THE LIVING ROOM

These corrupt politicians currently ruining our American traditions is a set of see-no-evil rubber stamps for bullies.

Israel has clearly become an aggressor beyond pale comparison to the homeland defender it and the obviate office call it. We do nothing but hand over the weapons they demand.

Israel is behaving like the Germans of 1939 Europe, standing at the borders around it. It is the only country in the world without identifiable borders. Palestine is an occupied state with an Israeli army attacking civilians and civil servants and infrastructure. Farms, homes, roads, schools, cities, orchards, wells, hospitals, buildings, private property occupied for generations, dirt, sand, animals and people have been destroyed or taken in and from Palestine without a word from our callous state department, our condilily rice shame pot.

Lebanon has been occupied and transgressed for decades by Israel. Our money is paying for it. The military in Israel is operating as a direct client of the largest arms manufacturers in the United States: that is to say the world. It is a direct subsidy to both munitions manufacturers and foreign military clients of Congress. Congress is printing dollars borrowed from foreign governments and private foreign investors in our National Debt. China will own us before we pay the interest for Israel's past week's work.

Syria is being set up as a proxy for Iran. An arms intermediary for terrorist warfare. They do deal in those small items. We, us, the US, however, are the greatest merchants of arms in history and we sell more F- fighters, bombs, and AK47 machine guns than anyone else. We allow our arms merchants to sell to people who frankly don't believe in democracy or voter driven society.

We have looked at the demon and it is in our mirrors.

Stop. Look. Make our government behave appropriately in the face of aggression.

Hunting with a mouse and a loose cannon

LEBANON IS BEING DESTROYED WITH US TAXES

We are enabling Israel to target and kill civilians. Israel does have the right to defend itself. That has not been what has been for a long time. They have been invading and occupying and destroying houses, homes, orchards, cities and open land at will.

The government of that country is not acting in the best interest of its citizens, or of ours or its neighbors'. We let them and the rest of the world lets them.

Friends don't let friends run amok.

We need to practice good friendship: cease fire: cut off funding: censure: stop the murder.

Hunting with a mousy consensus

3 LITTLE PIGS AND THE WOLF

Israel has attacked three countrys in the last week.

Two of them have been occupied for decades.

The other, only a part of those times.

We sit here and pay for it.

What next?

ELEPHANT SAFARI: hunting with a mouse

Today there were rains and floods in Houston. When the water receded on the Gulf Freeway- Federal Interstate 45- they found a thirty-seven year old lady and her 16 year old daughter trapped in their car under the water.

The other day a Iraqi legislature member was arrested with a suitcase full of money. He was alleged to have been stealing $75,000,000.00 per week for some time.

On TV you don't see the Billion with a B dollars a month we throw in military subsidy to the munitions suppliers to blow up another country and create more business for them and Homeland Security in the form of new enemies we have generated.

Just that suitcase full of stolen cash, or even the legally paid taxes we have paid would have fixed the perennial flooding at the Telepsen underpass on 45 South. Or just $100,000 would have bought a nice sump pump for that federally funded death trap.

The Iraqi military invasion ordered by w.bush is an illegal war crime. It is part of the reason we can't afford to repair our own infrastructure so that the last living actions of a mother and daughter would not have been clawing at interior trim to escape the coffin our politician's incompetence and corruption provided for their last terror.

KINKY RINGS A BELL

ANYBODY BUT PERRY

I saw Kinky Friedman last night at The Station Museum or gallery opening, and he was his usual introverted, shy self.

He made what for him is a boilerplate stump speech, where his most convincing statement was that he is the only candidate without any political experience. That is power-no tails-no tales-power over party that scares Perry and makes Bell nervous.

I don't say who to vote for, BUT:

If you think Perry will win, go for Bell.

If you think Bell will win, go for Kinky.

If you think Kinky will win, go Bell.

If Kinky thinks he will not win, he should release his voters to vote for Bell.

If all else fails, vote for anybody, except anybody who stands behind a bush.

But vote: it makes the vote-stealers more nervous.

COMMON LINK TO PROGRESS--SELF

SELF INTEREST IS NOT SELFISH

...in theory...

There are those who think that self interest will always amount to greed. Not everyone will become a Ken Lay or Tom DeLay.

Self interest means minding your own business. If everyone minds his own affairs he won't have time to mind others, and he will soon see that a combined or common interest will yet be for everyone's benefit.

Government was invented to be in the interest of all: gvt will perform common services too large or mundane for individuals, yet regulate behavior in limited cases with the common good as a goal.

Self interest is not selfist - self first - sell only - interest: You are not served when you eat your seedcorn. Monsanto not only wants us to eat our seedcorn, but they want to use government to force us to eat it and repurchace from them. They are selfish and have perverted government function through lobbys to ignore common interests.

Make up your own example of corruption from the daily news, then you will come to a simple point:

Self interest is unselfishness.

GOOD FOR SHORT

GOOD IDEAS ARE SHORT

Good ideas are not very complicated. Because most bad ones are ferryed in prior trainloads of painful baggage, history is only remembered as a convieninet way to subvert progress. Historical baggage is pushed out ahead of practical solutions in order to stop change.

One good idea would be to have an honest international broker and a court to punish heads and ministers of state who call for the murder of others by war or police action. (You will note that the UN is the obvious agency, but has been subverted.) Capital Punishment should be abolished for every human except for practicing diplomats and incumbent politicians. There would be NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.

That idea, of course, would foster another: the complete abolition of all state sponsored murder. Then we could concentrate on positive ideas.

Short is good.
